The Supreme Administrative Court on February 23, 2022 asked the Court of Justice of the European Union for a preliminary ruling on the VAT qualification of a service for charging electric cars. The Tribunal is to decide whether such a service should be recognized as a supply of goods or as a provision of services (reference number I FSK 1712/18).
