Retail stores will have to issue invoices, if customers request them, in the e-Invoice system, if they will have registered and products established by ANAF as being in the category of those with high tax risk. Also, the tax receipts that entered the registration code for VAT purposes of the beneficiary, considered simplified invoices, must be sent in the Ro e-Invoice system, according to some clarifications sent to Profit.ro by the Ministry of Finance. This means that those merchants will need to sign up for the e-Invoice system.
