Slovenia has published the Law of 29 December 2021 on additional measures for the mitigation, control, and elimination of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. Among other things, the law provides for an extension of the VAT and import tax exemption for the supplies of protective and medical equipment. Previously provided until 31 December 2021, the law extends the exemption so that it continues to apply for supplies made from 1 January to 30 June 2022.
