A third resolution to the foreign trade rules, published along with related annexes in the official gazette on 18 November 2014, includes measures concerning value added tax (VAT) rules and the special tax on production and services (IEPS), with respect to temporary imports made under the IMMEX regime by enterprises involved in the manufacturing sector.
