On January 1, 2022, Brexit will be a year ago. For businesses, this means, among other things, that the deferred customs declaration for import flows to the United Kingdom will come to an end and that full customs declarations and checks will be introduced. Entrepreneurs would therefore be wise to read these new rules carefully and to prepare in good time’.
