In October 2021, the Thai Customs Department announced an extension of the “One-Stop Service for Additional Duty Payment Program” (“OSS program”), a voluntary disclosure program for importers that unintentionally underpaid customs duties. Qualifying importers may enjoy the benefits of the program for another five years, until 30 September 2026.
