The Amsterdam Court of Appeal decides that legal aid is not necessary in a case concerning exclusive VAT deduction. The Court of Appeal rejected extensive evidence offered at the hearing because of the importance of efficient procedural order. The interested party is not entitled to a VAT deduction in 2010 for invoices from previous years
