The provisions that will be introduced by the National System of e-Invoices are only waiting for the president’s signature and publication in the Journal of Laws. Initially, its use will be voluntary, but from January 2023, issuing e-invoices will become obligatory. Experts point to high uncertainty of taxpayers. They hope that companies will have enough time to prepare for new solutions.
