Voluntary e-invoicing from January 2022, mandatory one year later
On Friday, October 29, the Sejm finally passed the act implementing the National System of e-Invoices (KSeF) in Poland. Now the act will be signed by the President. The changes will also affect invoicing under the Slim VAT 2 package. E-invoicing in 2022 is to be voluntary. It will become mandatory in January 2023.
