The authorities request using of a system on the POS which is certified with all components – POS application and fiscal device – including fiscal printer, customer display, fiscal controller – AEE, fiscal memory, electronic journal and communication module.
Communication between the POS application and the fiscal device is based on strict control of the data transmitted and checked and there are precisely defined commands that must be applied before and during every transaction while communication with the Tax Administration is based on GPRS connection, completely automated and refers to every transaction separately.
In order to pass the certification, having a local partner who will apply for certification is a must. Every change in the POS application which affects the fiscal management functions requires passing a re-certification process.
