Act implementation EU directive on transparency of income via the digital platform economy and other adjustments
On March 22, 2021, the Council of the European Union adopted Directive (EU) 2021/514 (also known as DAC7), which expands the toolbox for cooperation between tax administrations on the digital economy. The aim of this draft bill is to implement DAC7 in national legislation. The implementation will lead to amendments to the International Tax Assistance Act.
