Exporters of agricultural products purchased goods through a number of intermediaries with signs of fictitiousness, which, in turn, transferred non-cash funds to the address of the company that has a tax exemption for VAT, as financial assistance. Subsequently, the funds were transferred to importers of second-hand clothes, which were actually sold in cash. Thus, the cash received was used to purchase agricultural products.
