New JPK_VAT structures with the declaration – tax consultations

• The Ministry of Finance is starting tax consultations on the new JPK_V7K and JPK_V7M templates.
• Opinions on new file designs can be submitted until July 31, 2021.
• The consulted changes are related to the changes to the tax on goods and services, which will enter into force from July 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022.
