This Decree contains an approval for entrepreneurs with an annual turnover of a maximum of € 1,800 to be allowed to apply the exemption for small entrepreneurs without having to report this (voluntary registration threshold). When using the approval, they are not bound by a minimum period of application of the small business scheme of three years or by cancellation.
