The new cabinet must have a special minister for Fiscal Affairs. He must be responsible for all government revenues and executive services such as the tax authorities, customs and the service domains and be responsible for the reform of the service and the tax system. This is what former State Secretary of Finance and SER crown member Steven van Eijck writes in a letter to informateur Mariëtte Hamer.
