The Eastern High Court found that neither the case law of the European Court of Justice nor the administrative law doctrine of revocation had the authority to revoke a permit for joint registration of the applicant companies with retroactive effect, as the statutory formal conditions for joint registration were met. Revocation could therefore not take place.
