A UK company that paid VAT in the Netherlands or another EU Member State before December 31, 2020 can still reclaim that VAT by filing an online claim in the United Kingdom (UK) until March 31, 2021. After that, from On April 1, companies can actually reclaim the VAT in the Netherlands or other EU member states according to the so-called 13th Directive procedure.
