The Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic involves the public and begins the consultation process on the e-invoice. The subject of the consultation will be comments from public entities. The aim of the proposal is to effectively combat tax fraud, which harms citizens and the business environment, while reducing the administrative burden on businesses, using modern information technology. The bureaucracy will be largely taken over by the financial administration. The VAT return will be abolished and, in time, the completion of tax returns will be simplified.
