The Streamlined Sales Tax (SST) Governing Board has agreed to amend certain
Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA) amnesty-related provisions “so that a seller can only get
amnesty as long as the seller agrees to register in the other SST full member states where that seller has sales.”
