Based on the latest information published by the Romanian Tax Authority on December 31-st 2020, the contract for implementing the SAF-T reporting method has been signed by ANAF and it should be finalized by July 2021. In the upcoming period (January – February 2021) the Ministry of Finance will organize consultation sessions with different stakeholders. During these meetings different proposals regarding the obligation to submit SAF-T files will be proposed and discussed.
