Bill for expansion of demolition and reconstruction at 6% VAT has been submitted

A bill has recently been submitted to the House in which the reduced VAT rate of 6% for the demolition of a building to rebuild a private house is temporarily extended to all of Belgium. We look at the conditions of the bill, which has now been approved by the Parliamentary Finance Committee.
