It turns out that it is worth referring unfavorable decisions to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). The report just published by the Editors of Electronic Publications LEX shows that as many as 70 percent of judgments in Polish cases adjudicated by the Tribunal were favorable to taxpayers. Many of them are important for the application of the law.
