Electronic/Video monitoring of production of specified goods

Summary;

1. FBR shall announce a list of vendors from whom manufacturer have to purchase intelligence video surveillance system.
2. Manufacturer have install the surveillance system on all the production lines.
3. FBR software will be integrated with the video surveillance system.
4. Manufacturer cannot sell product without routing them through the intelligence surveillance system.
5. All the cost of installing the system will be for the manufacturer

Intelligence video surveillance system would have following specifications/functionalities;

1. High definition camera that can record and count the production,
2. Have the ability to weight the product,
3. Real time transfer of data to FBR  central control room,
4. Equipment will report any stoppages of production through alarm,
5. System would have capacity to store 60 days of data.

Apparently it seems that the intelligence video surveillance system need to be installed at the last stage of production i.e. at packaging lines.
