This notification is to remind Charities intending to submit claims under the VAT Compensation Scheme in respect of eligible VAT paid during 2019, that they must do so by Monday, 31 August 2020.
There will be an extended service in the run up to the closing date, with Revenue staff available to help with queries on the following dates:
Saturday, 29 August 9am – 5pm
Sunday, 30 August 9am – 5pm
Monday, 31 August 9am – Midnight

Claimants should familiarise themselves with the qualifying criteria for the scheme before submitting a claim. Information about the scheme is available on the Revenue website.
