- Connection of Comarch EDI Platform: The Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine has ordered the integration of the Comarch EDI electronic document management platform with the test environment of the e-TTN (electronic consignment note) system, marking a significant step in the digitization of domestic road freight transport.
- Two-Year Experimental Project: This integration is part of a broader two-year experimental initiative to implement electronic consignment notes across Ukraine, which builds on the Ministry’s digitalization efforts that began in late 2019 and are supported by international partners.
- Regulatory Framework: The e-TTN initiative is governed by recent legislation, including Resolution No. 629 passed by the Cabinet of Ministers on May 30, 2024, and Order No. 1491 established in December 2024, which outlines the procedures for the functioning of the electronic document management system for electronic consignment notes and authorizes EDM platform operators to join the system.
