- From January 1, the ZGL_ZAL form is available in the e-Tax Office for declaring the intention to issue and send invoices with attachments to KSeF 2.0.
- Submissions must be made via the dedicated ZGL_ZAL form, not as a general letter, and are processed within three business days.
- To submit, log in to the e-Tax Office, select “Declarations,” search for “KSEF,” choose “ZGL_ZAL,” fill out, and send the form; confirmation will be sent by email.
- To stop issuing invoices with attachments, submit the ZGL_ZAP form in a similar manner.
- More information and support are available in the MF communication, the attached instructions, or via the KSeF inquiry form and helpline.
