- The Polish Tax Authority has announced a technical maintenance break for the KSeF 1.0 system, including the Certificate and Authorizations Module (MCU), scheduled from January 26 to January 31, 2026. During this period, the MCU will be unavailable for transactions.
- Taxpayers must complete any necessary actions, such as generating production tokens, downloading certificates, or granting authorizations through the MCU by January 25, 2026, as the KSeF 1.0 will cease operations on February 1, 2026.
- The KSeF 2.0 API will become operational in the production environment for verification purposes starting January 28, 2026, and KSeF 2.0 will officially go live on February 1, 2026, marking the end of KSeF 1.0 and enabling new functionalities for authorizations and certificate applications.
