Key Changes

1. BIS Document Updates

  • Removed compliance text prohibiting attaching invoice copies in image format (e.g., PDF).
  • Editorial adjustments and clarifications.

2. Code Lists

  • EAS: Added code 0244.
  • ICD: Added codes 0241, 0242, 0243, 0244.
  • ISO4217: Added STN; removed CNH, STD.
  • VATEX: Added VATEX-EU-135-1.
  • Country name for BS changed to “Bahamas (The)” per ISO 3166-1.

3. Validation Rules

  • New Rules:
    • PEPPOL-COMMON-R052: Danish Chamber of Commerce number must be 8 digits.
    • PEPPOL-COMMON-R053: Danish ERSTORG number must start with “DK” and be 10 characters.
    • DK-R-017: For Danish customers, schemeID must be “0184” when CompanyID is used.
  • Removed: PEPPOL-COMMON-R084 (unused).
  • Country-specific fixes:
    • DK-R-010 updated for PaymentMeansCode 93 (FIK) requirements.

4. Technical Fixes

  • XSLT improvement: use xsl:sequence instead of xsl:value-of to avoid parser warnings.
  • Restored missing example files.
  • Corrected calculation errors in CII rules (BR-IC-08, BR-G-08, BR-E-08, BR-AE-08).
  • Updated EN 16931 schematrons and adopted new codes.

  • Stronger compliance for Danish identifiers and payment rules.
  • Updated code lists for currencies, identifiers, and VAT exemptions.
  • Improved validation artefacts for UBL and CII formats.
