- Romania’s National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) published a draft order dated September 2, 2025, to update tax registration and VAT registration/deregistration forms.
- The draft modifies:
- OpANAF nr. 1699/2021 – Taxpayer registration forms and fiscal vector.
- OpANAF nr. 631/2016 – VAT registration/deregistration forms.
