Crypto-Asset Provider Obligations (DAC8): Executive Order No. 1155/2025 sets reporting rules for crypto-assets, excluding CBDCs and e-money, requiring annual submission of user and transaction data by January 31, starting in 2027.
Compliance and Enforcement: Both orders establish penalties for non-compliance, inaccurate, or incomplete reporting and align Danish implementation with the OECD’s Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF) for consistent cross-border tax transparency.
