- On September 19, 2025, the Polish Ministry of Finance updated the KSeF website and released a comprehensive four-part KSeF 2.0 Manual, providing essential resources for the upcoming mandatory e-invoicing implementation.
- The KSeF 2.0 Manual includes sections on issuing and receiving e-invoices, offline modes, attachments, and self-billing, along with tailored materials for various user groups such as small taxpayers and service providers.
- To support taxpayers in preparation for the e-invoicing mandate, the Ministry will conduct a webinar series, “Wednesdays with KSeF,” from September 24 to mid-December 2025, with the KSeF 2.0 API connection for testing available starting September 30, 2025.
