- Extended transition period for e-invoicing: Taxpayers in the 9th to 12th designated groups now have until March 31, 2026 to adapt their systems for online invoicing before mandatory implementation.
- Mandatory switch from April 1, 2026: Starting this date, these taxpayers must exclusively issue fiscal documents through the assigned online invoicing modality, as per prior resolutions.
- Goal: full digital compliance: The extension supports smoother adoption of Bolivia’s digital invoicing system, aiming to improve tax transparency and simplify compliance for businesses.
