- Test Environment Switch: On September 1, 2025, the test environment for KSeF 1.0 will be shut down. A new test environment for KSeF 2.0 will launch on September 30.
- Production Use Continues: Users of the production version of KSeF 1.0 can continue using it until January 26, 2026, after which a technical break will occur. The final version, KSeF 2.0, goes live on February 1, 2026.
- API & Certification Rollout:
- Open API testing for KSeF 2.0 begins September 30.
- From October 15, users can integrate with the pre-production (DEMO) environment.
- A Certificate and Authorization Module (MCU) launches on November 1, enabling users to request and manage access credentials.
- Testing of the new Taxpayer Application starts November 3, with pre-production access available from November 15.
- Training Program: A nationwide educational series called “Wednesdays with KSeF” will run through mid-December, helping users learn how to issue invoices, retrieve certificates, and use free tools provided by the Ministry.
