On August 27, 2025, the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance announced that the Cabinet of Ministers had approved a draft bill intended to align the country’s tax legislation with EU Directive 2021/514 (DAC7) and the OECD Model Rules for Reporting by Platform Operators.
