Poland’s KSeF Law Signed by President: Urgent Action Required for Businesses

  • KSeF Law Implementation: The Polish President has signed the Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF) law, which mandates the electronic invoicing system for businesses, requiring them to adapt quickly to new compliance regulations.
  • Mandatory E-Invoicing by 2024: From January 2024, all companies will be required to issue invoices through the KSeF system, significantly changing the invoicing process and increasing the need for digital transformation in accounting practices.
  • Urgent Compliance Measures: Businesses must act swiftly to ensure their systems are compatible with KSeF requirements, as failure to comply could lead to penalties and operational disruptions in their invoicing processes.
