Job brief
- Continuing to nurture, develop and expand existing relationships including revenue flow
- Identifying, developing and delivering new partnerships that deliver significant revenue flows
By developing new partnerships and overseeing the integration and execution of effective partnership strategies your efforts will directly contribute to our growth, market share and customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in development of partnerships, delivering revenue from partnerships and be recognised as being proactive in partnership management with a clear technology focus. This is a senior level appointment with a requirement for appropriate Tax experience and qualifications to deal with senior partnership representatives. You will have exceptional negotiation skills and have a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations.
You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with the company’s strategic partners. This role involves strategizing to grow and leverage partnerships that enhance the company’s product offerings and market presence while also delivering tangible benefits to our partners.
The SVP of Global Partnerships will work to ensure that these collaborations are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the company’s objectives, ultimately driving mutual benefits for both parties.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding a company’s reach and enhancing its offerings through a broad range of partnerships, such as referrals, resellers, software integrators and accountancy practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate existing partner relationships
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategies
- Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships
- Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners
- Deliver revenue stream from partnerships in line with company expectations
- Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance
- Ensure partnerships deliver on promises to customers
Requirements
The skills that you have:
- Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals
- Experience building partner programs in Tax and/or Technology environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
