Poland will increase the VAT exemption threshold from PLN 200,000 to PLN 240,000, effective 1 January 2026, applicable to sales in the current or previous tax year.

Businesses starting in 2025 can still qualify for the VAT exemption if their proportionate sales exceed PLN 200,000 but remain under PLN 240,000, as clarified in the new Act.
