Malaysia Releases Updated Peppol Specifications to Support E-Invoicing Rollout

- Key Updates in Specifications: The new version includes two updated specifications: the PINT BIS Malaysia Billing Process 1.2.0, which supports standard billing processes, and the PINT BIS Malaysia Self-Billing Process 1.2.0, designed for self-billing scenarios. Both specifications adhere to the PINT methodology and maintain a consistent data model.
- Goals of the Updates: These updates replace the previous version 1.1.0 from November 2024 and aim to enhance invoicing workflows, support tax compliance, and ensure interoperability between various e-invoicing platforms in Malaysia.
