Poland’s B2B E-Invoicing (KSeF) Law Under Parliamentary Review for February 2026 Rollout

  • Poland’s revised KSeF e-invoicing legislation entered Parliament on 25 June 2025, targeting February 2026 for mandatory B2B rollout, following public consultation and a postponed 2024 launch.
  • The updated rollout schedule includes staggered launch dates: large taxpayers from February 2026, all others from April 2026, and microbusinesses from January 2027, with penalties beginning February 2026.
  • Key updates include permanent “Offline24” mode with next-day reporting, unified QR code format, invoice issuer certificates, and mobile app testing starting November 2025 ahead of the production go-live.
  • New features and clarifications include acceptance of offline domestic invoices, GDPR compliance rules, attachment handling, and the inclusion of natural persons and revised microbusiness thresholds in the buyer catalog.
  • Additional reforms affect VAT deductibility, transmission of payment data, SAF-T JPK VAT return updates, and KSeF invoice obligations for non-residents with fixed establishments in Poland.
