- The RTFC was initially introduced on December 13, 2024, with large businesses required to comply from January 1, 2025, while SMEs had a voluntary participation period until the mandatory compliance date.
- Businesses are advised to review General Resolution No. 5614/2024 and update their invoicing systems to meet the new transparency requirements, promoting clearer tax visibility for consumers.
