In order to promote culture and dance, the memorandum proposes that the value added tax (VAT) on admission to dance events be reduced from 25 to 6 percent. Entrance fees to dance events can include tickets to dance events, nightclubs and discos.
The proposals are proposed to enter into force on 1 July 2026.
