As part of Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) announced Wave 22 of its e-Invoicing mandate on March 21, 2025.
If your small or medium enterprise (SME) recorded taxable revenue between SAR 1 million and SAR 1.25 million in 2022, 2023, or 2024, you must integrate with ZATCA’s Fatoora platform by December 31, 2025.
