- Confirmed Implementation Timeline: The mandatory KSeF implementation dates are officially set for businesses with annual sales exceeding 200 million PLN to start on February 1, 2026, and for all other businesses on April 1, 2026.
- Development and Regulatory Roadmap: A clear timeline has been established, with the final legislation expected by July 2025. The new FA(3) schema and KSeF 2.0 API documentation will be available in June 2025, followed by access to a KSeF 2.0 testing environment starting September 30, 2025.
- New Operational Features and Compliance Grace Period: Businesses can issue electronic invoices offline with QR codes, which must be submitted to KSeF by the next business day. The Ministry has also postponed penalties for non-compliance until January 1, 2027, allowing time for businesses to adapt to the new requirements and features.
