UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD) has called for the exclusion of vulnerable developing economies from U.S. reciprocal tariffs, highlighting recent report findings that the tariffs would not significantly reduce U.S. trade deficits or generate substantial revenue, while potentially harming small economies.
