- Issuers’ Obligations and Exceptions: Invoice issuers must send electronic invoices, regardless of contract value, unless exempted by specific competition law exceptions. They may use third-party services for this process.
- Possible Exemptions: Issuers can apply for an exemption from electronic invoicing requirements if fulfilling them causes undue hardship, as determined by the relevant government ministry overseeing IT and e-government.
