New Electronic Delivery Address Requirement for Polish Companies

Setup Process and Deadline: Companies must register for the electronic delivery address via the Biznes.gov.pl platform, which involves completing an online application, obtaining electronic signatures, and activating the inbox by the April deadline. New companies registered from January 1, 2025, must create the address as part of the registration process, while sole proprietors have until October 1, 2026.
