At the beginning of April, a number of amendments to the VAT Act will come into force, providing for reductions and unification of rates on certain goods, m.in. medical devices, rescue vessels and plant protection products.
However, there will be no announced increase in VAT on hemp products, they will still be covered by 8 percent. The obligation to integrate cash registers with payment terminals is also abolished.
