On Tuesday, the Council of Ministers gave the final green light to a number of laws to make the EU’s VAT rules fit for the digital age. “EU VAT rules need to keep up with the digital transformation of our economies.
This package will boost the EU’s competitiveness, help fight VAT fraud and reduce administrative burdens for businesses,” promises Polish Finance Minister Andrzej Domanski.
