- Public Hearing Period: From January 1 to March 1, 2025, the Federal Ministry of Finance of Bosnia and Herzegovina is conducting a public hearing on the Draft Law on Fiscalization of Transactions, inviting the public to provide feedback to help refine the legislation.
- Legislative Background: This initiative follows the acceptance of the Draft Law by the House of Representatives of Parliament on December 17, 2024, aiming to create an efficient and enforceable legal framework for fiscalization.
- Feedback Submission Process: The public can submit comments using a downloadable form available on the Ministry’s website, which can be sent via mail or email. The feedback received will inform the preparation of a formal Proposal of the Law based on the Draft Law and public input.
