- From 1 April 2025, all entities registered in the National Court Register in correspondence with public authorities will have to use e-Deliveries.
- This means the obligation to set up and activate the company’s e-Delivery mailbox, appoint its administrators and implement appropriate procedures.
- Irregularities in the use of e-Delivery can lead to serious consequences for companies, including failure to meet the deadline for submitting a document or the use of fictitious service.
